Your Trial Pair

If you have never worn contact lenses before, an optical assistant will then come in and work with you to show you how to put in and remove the lenses. It often takes several tries before a person gets the hang of this, so it's important to be patient. Our optical assistants will work with you throughout the process and ensure that you know how to properly care for your new lenses.
Once you have mastered putting in and removing your contact lenses, you'll be sent home with several trial pairs. Over the next several weeks, practice taking care of your lenses and trying them out in different environments. At a follow-up appointment, your eye doctor will check to see if you have adjusted to the new lenses as expected. If so, you'll be able to purchase lenses for the next several months.
